Latest News From The Royalheirs

The Royalheirs went on their first outing that didn't involve music. The above pictures show all of us at The Flint Generals game last night. The first picture is Chuck and Dwayne with the Royalheir kids behind them. The other picture is the kids with Kory Hawks, Jenny and Jerry White and Jeff Hawks behind them. It was a lot of fun. I'm sure it was a lot of fun for the kids to be together and not have to be quiet (like they do at the concerts). Of course crazy fan Jeff made enough noise for all of us.
If you read my last post, you know that we purchased The Flint Generals old bus. We got a great deal on the purchase but then got the bad news.......the initial repairs to make it road worthy will be close to $9,000.00 and then we still need to purchase some air conditioning units. We know the Lord will provide the funds needed but if there is anyone who feels led by the Lord to help us out to keep this ministry running, your help would be greatly appreciated. We also are trying to sell the old motorhome if anyone is interested. It is a 1991 Champion Motorhome with new brakes, batteries and roof-top air. Chuck would like to get $3,000.00 for it.
If you have any questions or need to contact us, give Chuck a call at (810) 395-4977. Please continue to pray for our ministry and our needs.
Blessings,
Pam

Well, 2007 is proving to be quite an exciting year so far. Our first big concert of the year was this past Friday night. If you missed it, you missed a great evening of praising the Lord. The quartets were The Royalheirs, The Gospelmen and The Calvarymen. Joining them from Gallatin, TN was the award winning group, The Perrys. I don't believe I've ever seen so many standing ovations for one concert. Even with the bad roads, First Baptist Church of Mt. Morris was almost full. Our thanks to all the groups and people involved with making this such a success. If you missed The Perrys this year, we will be having them again next year and you all need to be there.

There was another exciting event for The Royalheirs last week....the Lord has sent them a bus!! The picture above is of our soon to be new ride. The Flint Generals have purchased a new bus and we are going to be buying their old bus. It needs some work but since the Lord sent it to us I'm sure He will provide us with the money needed for the repairs. I'm not sure when we will actually be running up and down the roads with it but it should be soon. The next time a bus pulls up to your church, don't worry that a group of hockey players has arrived...it will just be The Royalheirs. Thanks to all of you for your prayers and financial support regarding our transportation needs.

Blessings,

Pam

The ROYALHEIRS hail from Flint, Michigan and organized in the fall of 1995 for the primary purpose of praising the Lord through the singing of " Southern Gospel Music". Their music has a quality that puts the emphasis on ministering through music. Music that blends harmony with soul stirring words that are a welcome change of pace from other forms of music. Just as their name implies, each ROYALHEIR is an Heir to Godly Royalty. Each member has a glowing testimony that will radiate during their musical presentation. Each member has an extensive background in Gospel Music. Each has committed themselves to sharing their talents in this unique way and have been instrumental in uplifting and blessing many people in their concerts throughout Michigan, Ohio, Indiana, Wisconsin and wherever the Lord leads.
